"The recession and health care weren't squeaky clean with BUSH in control of it all.Our country went into it's current state under his power,so I will disagree that he will be rewarded of anything.Obama promised change, obviously his concept of it was what majority of America wanted since he won.No one has ever been so involved in Politics since the election consisting of Obama and MCcain.Majority rules out in the democracy of America. You hate Obama, but when your future is in his hands then it will most likely not turn out in your favor if you continue to discourage your president.Get involved like everyone else who worries about the future, but unlike you is trying to SPEAK OUT and listen in return,as that is only fair and beneficial too.
I believe Obama is planning and trying to avoid a wrong move that will have us tumbling down into another depression and instead he is more concerned about the result in the end instead of the happening before it all ends.
I agree that the media is quite bothersome, they all have different information that does conflict with others. It hurts the truth and have people believing what they want, while it is good to have a sense of independence.I do not believe independence is always a factor in what is important or promising.Independence has lead to wars for the good and bad..."

Someday I'm going to write a book about everything going on our country, but for right now, I'm just going to put in my two cents.

Our country did not go into it's current state under Bush's power,

EVERYONE ASSUMES EVERYTHING IS BUSH'S FAULT BECAUSE HE WAS "PRESIDENT", get your facts straight, Here is where you are wrong:

George Bush had been in office for 8 years.. The first 6 the economy was fine..
Over a year ago: "Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high", regular gasoline sold for a little over 2 dollars a gallon, the unemployment rate was 4.5%, the DOW hit a record high--14,000 +,  American's were buying new cars, taking cruises, vacationing overseas, liivvvinnn large, BUT WAIT!..
... Americans wanted 'CHANGE'! ;D ;D !!!!!!!!!!

... SO, in 2006 they voted for the Democratic Congress. The president has no control over the following issues.. ONLY the Congress:
Consumer confidence has plummeted, gasoline continues to go up and is climbing!, unemployment rate has INCREASED to 9.7%since Obama's brilliant "stimulus plan", Americans have seen their home equity drop by $12 TRILLION dollars (and still dropping), THE DOW is probing another low... $2.5 TRILLION DOLLARS HAS EVAPORATED FROM THEIR STOCKS, BONDS & MUTUAL FUNDS INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS! :D :D
Yes, America voted for 'CHANGE!' and.. heEey, we sure got it. What has the congress done in the last two years? Clearly, nothing. Now, President Barrack Obama claims he is REALLY going to give us change along with a Democratic congress..... How much more 'change!' do you think we can stand..?

And speaking of healthcare... our biggest/most recent issue... I just loooovee Obama's new health care reform. Love it...

What's really in Obama's health care reform bill? Almost no one knows, and here's why: It's 1,017 pages long and written in an alien form of bureaucratic English that can barely be decoded by earthlings.  The Decomcratic Congress is only trying to vote in as much things as they can before we get to relect our congress in a year.  Did you read the bill, Obama? No. "I'm informed" yes, but did you read it? If you're new healthcare reform is really that great, then why aren't you and the democractic congress being put under it like the rest of America? Obama has ignored that question tiiime and tiimeee again... it's absolutely pathetic.

No one ever reads anything that is just rows and rows of paragraphs... so instead of wasting my time, maybe I'll attract more attention by putting my reasoning in short bullets.

The point of Obama's health care plan is to have the government control our healthcare.  Having the government control anything, is scary.  He wants everyone to be provided with health care... the problem is, some people, even the people who have the money to afford it, just don't WANT it. Another precentage of those people are illegal immigrants.  Yes there are flaws in our healthcare today, but Obama's plan is not fixing it. It's like having a leak in the roof, and instead of fixing it, building another room, instead of fixing the initial problem.
I could write all day, but here are the biggest problems with the reform:
-This health care reform will raise taxes, estimated at ONE TRILLION dollars
-The Senate bill is estimated at 1.6 trillion (by the Congressional budget office).
-Now Obama is talking about preventative care but that costs exceed the savings.
-It's unfair to raise taxes for this because right now only 50% of the United States pay taxes.  Half of our country lives off the other half.
-Example: more people die of breast cancer and prostate cancer in socialized countries because they can't get the treatment they need. Apparently, we want to be more like those countries...
-If you watch the news, or the anything like the hannity show, you would have seen that other countries have spoken out to us, telling us NOT to get socialized healthcare because it DOESN'T work. Alarming, isn't it?

Not to mention: Anyone could go to the hospital right now, and they would not be denied or turned away. However, with this new healthcare plan, going to the doctors' is going to be like going to a car registry. Illegal immigrants all in line before you, a tax paying American citizen who is being robbed of their rights...

"You hate Obama, but when your future is in his hands then it will most likely not turn out in your favor if you continue to discourage your president". Sometimes I don't even know what to say back to things like that because you are just so .. off, so ignorant, and so incredibley misinformed. HOW CAN I STAND BEHIND HIM WITH THE THINGS HE IS DOING? Did you stand behind Bush? Apparently not. Don't demand the same from me.

Move to Russia, if you think like Obama, and believe in all of his crazy plans, like socialized healthcare. Countries like that are so great...

orrrr if you feel like staying here, then do America a favor and put a bullet in your head.

p.s. It's "the blacks" that have never been so involved in politics. Not America.

I wrote a blog in October and I think my predictions were just about spot on... ""We are witnessing a political phenomenon with Barack Obama of rare magnitude"... His speeches have inspired millions and yet most of his followers have NO IDEA of what he stands for except platitudes of 'Change' or that he says he will be a 'Uniter'. "The power of speech from a charismatic person truly can be a powerful  thing. Both his manner of speech and particularly the content changed millions.  On the other hand, the charisma of Adolph Hitler, too, inspired millions and the results were catastrophic.  Barack Obama certainly is no Hitler, but for many Americans riding on the Obama Tidal Wave it is just like a surfer who might be ecstatic and euphoric while riding a tidal wave, but the reality of the ride is what happens when it hits shore.""

Obama's approval ratings have actually decreased greatly these past few months... just so you know... which sort of defeats you're whole "majority rules" argument. People are starting to see the light. And I wish you did too.

My job is such a rip off, they are so cheap. GET THISS... i get paid "minimum wage".. BUT.. the tips I make (aka, pennies, nickels, quarters, the OCCASIONAL dollar) go towards my salary. So say I make 5 bucks in tips in one shift... that isn't EXTRA money for me, that money is used and counted towards my 8 dollar minimum wage. SO BASICALLY I am getting paid in fucking one dollar bills and a SHITLOAD of change.. mostly pennies.  Those tips aren't for me, the tips that iiii make technically go to the owners, to help pay for my skimpy minimum wage of 8 bucks or $7.50 an hour. (whatever it is exactly).

I'm pissed off.

And I still don't have my phone.  I still don't have my ipod either because Patt is too lazy todrop off my things at my house...  He has my brush, my WALLET... and my ipod. Andddd he leaves for North Carolina tomorrow for a week. I told him to drop it off today but he said he's working really late. I'm gonna kill him. He's had like 5 days. And it's not like he doesn't have a car!!

merrrrrrrrrr.

I need to get my head on straight.
Me and Chelsey are no longer together.
I'm not too sure what to do about the Patt issue.
And then there's Terry.

Everyday gets more random; things happening that I couldn't picture happening a few days prior...

Warped tomorrow... pfft. Patt's car caught on fire yesterday.  Once they cleared the fire they told him to take out all of his stuff just incase it blew up. Awesome. Now we have no ride.

Unless I "ran off" with Terry..........

Last night I hung out with Terry. I came home and talked to my sister on her bed for like an hour and I told her that things couldn't get worse.  She agreed.

But they just did.  I should knock on wood more often...

I am miserable.

Shit happened and my mom took away my phone.  There is SO MUCH hostility in my house right now I can't even take it. She's not going to give it back for awhile.  My birthday's on tuesday so I'm sure she'll give it back then, but until Tuesday don't leave me out in the cold! Make plans with me.

I'm home.

I haven't spoken to my dad since I left. He hasn't said A WORD to me since him and my mom picked me and sam up from the airport... It's very odd and I feel extremely awkward.  Every since this Chelsey thing and her getting a new number and blablablabla/shit happened when I was gone, he's acted strange towards me.  It's like he's in a bad mood, but only if I'm the one speaking to him.
gbye.

im shit outa money! I can't wait to come home.

Everyone seems to be having a bleh summer so far. I really hope the sun comes out when I get back. And I really hope everyone's summer starts to look up along with the weather.

Last night Jake came home really drunk and was being such a dick. He kept hurting and choking Dutch (the dog). We told him to stop but he just kept saying "He needs to learn he needs to learn!" Dutch didn't do anything wrong, Jake is just obsessed with discipling him. Then he claimed he was just playing with Dutch, but it was clear that he wasn't since the poor dog was yelping.

I also fucking HATE the choke collar he got him. Dutch will eventually learn but right now it's just hurting him because he doesn't get it. Oh well.

chang changg gettin' paid ovuh hayuh [Jun. 28th, 2009|03:47 pm]

So on Friday my sister surprised me and told me we were taking a road trip to San Diego...

We left at 8am. I wasn't too phsyced about the long ride but it ended up being a fun adventuh.  Driving through parts of Arizona where there is no civilization is actually really interesting. We drove through really small/poor towns that I didn't even think really existed almost. Ya know, small church, a couple tractors, a creepy gas station, and about 10 shitty run-down houses. It reminded me of House of Wax, or like The Devil's Rejects... especially when free bird came on the radio. Some of the houses I'm suprised people live in, they definitely don't have AC and I wonder how they live through 110 temperatures. They were definitely hick towns.  They're not near ANY civilization, no schools, no nothing.  Just desert, for miles and miles on end. It's amazing to me how people can grow up literally just on a farm, and not go to school, or anything.
The good thing about road tripping through a desert is that there is never any traffic. The speed limit is even 80 on some highways, there's never anyone around because there is literally no civilization. Anyone on those highways is not driving to a mall, or to the movies, or anywhere. Everyone's on a road trip going someeeewhere. Since there was not many people on the road Jake, my sister's boyfriend, was going about 100mph the whole way. We ended up getting pulled over.  We were really suprised that there was even a cop out there. His cruiser looked like a 1990 version of a cop car. We got a warning; we still didn't slow down though. There were no gas stations anywhere. We had gone almost 300 miles on the highway and were almost out of gas.  We ended up seeing a really sketchy gas station off an exit so we went to that one. It didn't even have a real name, it wasn't a Shell, or a Mobile, it was just called "Fuel Stop". We all went inside because me and my sister had to pee wicked bad, Jake went to go pay the guy at the counter for gas but the guy yelled at us and said there was no gas.  Jake flipped out asking why the fuck a gas station doesn't have any gas. The guy ended up pointing to a sign outside the gas station that said "out of gas"... it was the smallest sign in the world and it was cleary just a scribbled sign made by him. Then, as we were about to leave some lady, with NO TOP TEETH, said this, in a hick/southern accent, "DAMN KIDZ OUGHTA BEAT'EM OFF THE HEAD WITH A STICK".  We all looked at each other like what the fucking world are we in right now.  That place was a crazy town.  The lady was buying cheetos... I'm not sure why ANYONE would buy food from that gas station, it was absolutely disgusting. The lady almost backed into our truck when she was trying to leave.
After about 25 minutes we found another gas station.  Needless to say it was just as creepy as the other one. Me and my sister both went inside to go to the bathroom and as I was waiting for my sister some guy, who was Mexican and part something else maybe, came up to me and kept asking me questions.  I guess he waiting inline for the bathroom too but he kept asking pointless things like how long I had been waiting, if I had knocked, who I was here with, if I was alone, etc. After Jake asked some dude for directions he came over and stood next to me.  The Mexican guy ended up asking Jake, "Are you her protector?" We were both confused and Jake just said that he was "with me".  The Mexican guy asked again, but more assertive, and Jake just ended up saying yes. When we left Jake said that the guy in there seemed like someone who tries to kidnap white girls and sell them into prostitution, because white girls are worth more money.  Sounds unlikely, but I wouldn't have been surprised. We were in a really bad area, and we were right on the border of Arizona and Mexico. When Mexicans cross the border, they hire someone to take them, and drive them.  Most of the time men just use that as an advantage though, and most women who try to cross the border end up getting sold into prostitution by the man driving them. It's such a terrible thing, but people do it because it's a chance for a better life I guess. We later had to go through Border Patrol. It's interesting seeing some people, who aren't even getting paid by the government to do so, out there with their RV's, trying to catch illegals on their own. The actual officers just checked our drivers license and our license plate.
The rest of the drive to San Diego was beautiful. Jake's always giving me beers so I enjoyed a Mike's Hard the rest of the way with my feet out the window. It was probably 95 degrees out.  It felt nice with the windows down.  We drove through a lot of mountains and my ears were like popping. It was really beautiful, though.  Sam fell asleep and me and Jake got to talking. He's a really cool guy. Both of his parents died before he was even teenager. His dad was remarried when he died, and hadn't made a will out to anyone, so all of his dad's money went to his step mom.  His step mom had two kids of her own already, and treated Jake and his sister like they were second best.  His step mom ended up using his dad's money to put her own two kids through college. Jake and his sister never had the money and never went to college. Neither of them got ANY of their dad's money. Jake ended up having to move in with his sister before his senior year in high school.  I think that's so fucked up. ANYWAY...
There were INSANE sand dunes, like the size of mountains when we were driving. The view was just beautiful the whole way there, no matter if were in the middle of the desert or driving by acres and acres of corn fields or going through red mountains. There were so many things to see that you wouldn't be able to see if you were to take a road trip on the east coast... It was very different.

When we finally got to San Diego we went straight to the beach. The waves were huge. Jake was like a little kid at the beach... he's from Chicago so he's only seen the beach a few times.  We all went boogie boarding. I love boogie boarding, I don't care what anyone thinks! The rip current was so strong.  It was very tiring.  The beach was beautiful none the less. We ended up staying at a hotel by the bayyyy.

We came home last night and the car ride seemed way longer than before. Going through border patrol we ended up getting our truck checked. I guess the officer was suspicious of it because Jake has a huge truck, and the trunk is covered.  They checked the trunk and then simply asked us if we were U.S. citizens...
Driving through mountains watching the sunset was so pretty. I wish I could have taken pictures but my camera was in the trunk. We ended up listening to Tom Petty and smoking cigars the rest of the way back... I'm kinda surprised my sister let me but we were all just so bored.

Pointless blog entry but that was maybe a third of my experience in San Diego and driving to and fro..

I'm losing track of the days [Jun. 25th, 2009|01:24 pm]
[Current Mood | curious]

I ended up seeing Transformers last night. It was so long. They always make the battle scenes at the end wayyyy too long and drawn out. It was good though. Except people in the theater were really obnoxious every time Megan Fox appeared in a scene. I thought I liked her... but she's actually a really bad actress. She's no new Angelina Jolie, for sure. She made a lot of scenes really cheesey, she talks like a bimbo. Or at least that's the way they made her out to be in the movie. The only reason she was cast in Transformers is because sex sells, really. She's gorgeous! But I don't see the big hype about her. They should have given her no lines... because she looked good running in slow motion anyway.

Now that I wrote a paragraph about transformers.... My sister and her boyfriend have a kickball game today... I think that's so funny. They like live their own little lives and do their own thing day by day. Including joining couple kickball.

Later I have to go to my sister's cheerleading practice. She coaches at the school she works at.  I went the other day but I stayed outside the majority of the time and talked on the phone. One girl reeeally doesn't like me... and I'm not sure why. She asked my sister "why are you so obsessed with your little sister!" She thinks her and Sam are like best friends... it's odd.

yogurtini [Jun. 24th, 2009|12:09 pm]
So I guess it's just me and sam's boyfriend for the day... awkward. Last night I got yogurtini for dinner... Im thinking I should open one in Marshfield. It's the greatest idea ever. You get your own frozen yogurt and you put it in whatever size cup you want.  There's so many flavors, like for example cheesecake flavor. and they're all lined up like 25 feet alongside the wall. And you just press the button and it comes all swirly and CrAzyyy. You can mix as many flavors as you want. Then they literally have any kind of topping you could ever imagine. Literally. They even have white chocolate syrup? Instead of chocolate? Then before you pay for it you weigh your cup, and it's something like 30 cents per ounce. Way cheaper than DQ, i hate DQ.

Tonight I'm going to the drive-in and getting in n out burger. Has anyone seen Year One? Is it bad?

it's so hot. [Jun. 23rd, 2009|03:23 pm]
IT'S SO HOT. yesterday when i got here it was 106. Me and my sister got starbucks and then went shopping in scottsdale. It's so hoity toity in fashion square. Sometimes I feel out of place like I should be dressed to make a fashion statement or something.  I bought new jewelery though which was nice. Then we got a bite to eat. It's so nice at night here. There's no cool breezes and it's like 80 degrees. This morning we went for a bike ride and I ended up getting really sick. I'm not used to biking in 110 weather. It sucked. But going for bike rides at night is peeeaceful.

I love sam and her boyfriend's dog. It's an american bull dog and it's so presh~~~* he sleeps on my bed

yawn [Jun. 21st, 2009|12:02 am]
I really can't stand it when people are so immature to the point where i've hung out with them quite a few times but we still haven't managed to have a serious conversation yet. About anything. Just pointless conversations about like, fucking, the weather. or something. I don't mind immaturity every once in awhile, but i almost feel out of place because im barely 16 and act older than you. Where is your real personality? The obnoxious things you say in public aren't even funny. btw. It's just loud, and annoying, and embarrassing.

Good night.

ANOTHER snow day. [Mar. 2nd, 2009|11:54 am]
[Current Mood | nostalgic]

I didn't even set my alarm last night.

On another note, I miss my friends. I haven't hung out with a friend in... I can't even remember the last time. I'm just not really sure where time goes. It's not even like I spend everyday with Chelsey. It's getting to the point where I'm running out of things to talk about with my friends. I HATE it...

Crumpmus Vaca [Dec. 29th, 2008|11:28 pm]
[Current Mood | envious]

Haven't posted in awhile. Anyways, what I have done this vacation? Absolutely nothing. Have any of you biitchez called me? Aaaabsolutely naht. Making plans with people this vacation has been sort of awkward. I still feel like it's the first day since I haven't done much, but the vacation is nearly half over.

Oh and before you ask I didn't get anything worth telling for christmas. But I'm content.

Sam leaves tomorrow, I feel like it's not good to get too excited for things because before you know it, it's over. I can't believe she leaves already! And as of right now I'm too nervous to be excited about my solo trip to AZ. Actually, I'm excited, I just, I don't know. It's going to be stressful getting there and back on my own.

Goodnight.

[Current Mood | anxious]

It's almost Thursday which means it's almost Friday! Finally finished that stinkin art project today, but it looks really good. Today was busy. Does being cold make anyone else hungry and/or tired? Because lately I've been eating like insane and then just curling up in a ball and passing out. I need to get back in the swing of things.

If the devil is 6 then gahhdddd is 7 [Dec. 2nd, 2008|05:02 pm]
[Current Mood | thirsty]

I found out today that I have about a week to get in 8 hours of community service for CCD. or I don't receive my confirmation. wtf. Hmm what to doooo what to doo.......! Today was such a drag. I better get that friggin job at Stop & Shop. That online application took me about 45 minutes to fill out and it consisted of question like, "Male, Female, or skip?" HAH! and other pointless things like, "Do you ever feel extremely guilty for being secretly annoyed with a customer?" or, "How often do you put other people before you? Does this make you very happy?" OR, "Would you say you're trusthworthy?" orrrr "Do you think it's justifiable to fight for what is rightfully yours?". Like, jesus christ I just wanna be a fucking cashier! I wouldn't be surprised if, "Do you enjoy helping other people?" ... "How about casual sex?" popped up as a question.

Booo Sundayyy [Nov. 30th, 2008|12:44 pm]
[Current Mood | weird]

I feel weird calling someone for the second time when they said they'd call me back, but I'm sorry I don't like waiting 2 hours. I don't have CCD today, so I actually want to put this Sunday to use instead of laying in my pajamas like I do every week. I can't remember the last time I made plans on a Sunday. I feel like going out to buy a new hat or something. Or doing anything. I wish it were officially December cause then I'd put my fake tree back in my room and deCoRaTe. But it's not! So I refuse.
p.s. Do naht ditch me again!
